What is your shipping policy?
All items are shipped via US Postal Service and/or its affiliates. Shipping times are determined by the nature of the product. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 2-4 business days. During the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) production timelines are extended. Bilsy.co has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail. We process and ship orders placed Monday - Friday before 6PM EST (excluding holidays) typically within 48 hours. Most orders will be processed and shipped within this time frame, unless due to factors out of our control, as they may be delayed. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day.
DOMESTIC
United States shipping is based on a flat rate of $4.99 per order and is not classified by product weight. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary.
INTERNATIONAL
International Shipping is currently available in Canada and is priced based on product weight and Province. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Heavier products (mugs, blankets, etc.) or bulk order will have a higher shipping fee.
Update Spring 2021: due to Covid-19 restrictions shipments to Canada are currently unavailable but will be returning soon. It is the goal to be able to ship to more countries as well by the end of 2021.
How do I purchase wholesale products?
Information regarding wholesale pricing and ordering are available by directly emailing hello@bilsy.co. Bilsy.Co is currently working with local vendors and small shops to carry a limited amount of products in stores.
Refunds & Returns
Returns are not accepted however in the case of a damaged or stolen item refunds, store credit, or exchanges are permissible. Because products are made to order refunds will be provided on an as-needed basis. Store credit and refunds will not be given on any marked down or sale items. For any damages to your product or information about store credit & refunds please email hello@bilsy.co with photo proof or explanation of the damage of item. In most cases we are more than happy to fix a damage item or replace it. Thank you!
